1. Payment Conditions
1.1 Discounts: Our special offers are not cumulative. If multiple offers are available, only the best one will be applied.
1.2 Payment Options: The customer can choose from the following payment methods: PayPal, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency. All transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Sales Conditions
2.1 Order: Any order placed by the customer is subject to our acceptance and our terms and conditions of sale.
2.2 Pricing: The applicable prices are those in effect at the time of the order unless otherwise stated. All prices are expressed in euros (€) and exclude taxes (excl. VAT).
2.3 Communication: If we do not receive a response from the customer within 14 days, we reserve the right to close the support or project ticket.
2.4 Payment: A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to begin any project. Full payment allows the customer to track the progress of the project.
2.5 Price Reduction: While some elements may be reused, the unique features of the creation will remain exclusive to the client unless opting for full exclusivity, which will incur additional fees.
2.6 Modifications: Any request for modifications outside the scope of the initial specifications or quote will be billed additionally.
2.7 Transfer of Ownership: Ownership of the products will be transferred to the customer only after full payment of the agreed price.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellation: No cancellation after the start of work will result in a refund.
3.2 Non-compliance with Deadlines: In case of delay exceeding the set deadline, a refund of 10% will be granted for each day of delay, up to a maximum of 50%. Delays due to client-side issues will not be considered for calculating refunds.
3.3 Quality Commitment: In case of dissatisfaction, although we do not offer refunds, we commit to reworking the product until the client's approval.
3.4 Dispute: Any dispute will result in a blacklisting procedure across various community servers. The disputed product will be made available for download to all.
4. Support Service
4.1 Claims: Any claim regarding delivered products must be made in writing within one year of receiving the products. No additional charges will be applied for claims made within this period.
